The learned AGP points out that the petitioner has a statutory revisional remedy in view of the judgment of this Court dated 28.08.2018 delivered at Nagpur in Writ Petition No.5362/2017 in the matter of Vishwanath Marotrao Ganjare vs. Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati and others.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revisional Authority under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
