The petitioner which is a society and also a public trust duly registered, is espousing a cause of its 186 members who all have been stated to be promoted as trained graduate primary teachers regarding the pay fixation in accordance with 7th Pay Commission. 3.

It is being pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned AGP that by a Government Resolution dated 16.03.2024 a committee has been constituted inter alia for examining all the aspects in respect of disputes pertaining to pay fixation. The modalities have been laid down therein requiring the cases to be forwarded to the Committee through the concerned department which in turn is supposed to examine and forward the same for consideration by the Committee.

In view of the above state of affairs, it would be appropriate that cases of individual members of the petitioner - Society are similarly processed through the set up established under the Government Resolution dated 16.03.2024. Pertinently, even this resolution contemplates the cause to be agitated by the organization of the employees.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to entertain the petitioner's proposal and after examining it in the light of the Government Resolution dated 16.03.2024, 2/3

forward it to the Committee. Respondent No.4 shall undertake such exercise and forward the proposal as early as possible and in any case within twelve weeks.
