The petitioner is before us aggrieved by the fact that simply by issuing the vague public notice offers have been invited calling upon the participants to attend public auction to be held on 11.04.2025 for renting out the land portion during the 'Urus'. The petitioner claims that nothing has been shared with him as regard the terms and conditions. Even his attempt to have the information by resorting to the RTI provision has gone in vain.

Learned advocate Mr. Sonawane Submits that he has instructions to appear for respondent No.2 - Municipal Council and submits that in spite of efforts it could not contact the petitioner. He is ready to share the terms and conditions with the petitioner, a copy of which he hands over to the learned advocate for the petitioner. Nothing survives. The writ petition is disposed of.
