Leave to add party.

The proposal of the petitioner for verification of tribe claim is pending with the Vigilance Committee. It is submitted that the spelling of the tribe in the certificate is wrongly spelled. The Committee has not yet returned the certificate to the petitioner though application has been filed.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :- (i) The Committee shall return the attested copy of tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner with the wrong spelling of the tribe within a period of 7 days from today.

2 903-WP-4598-2018 (ii) On receipt of the tribe certificate, the petitioner shall immediately submit the attested copy of the tribe certificate to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer shall within a period of three days issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner thereafter shall submit the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee within a period of three days thereafter.

(iii).

The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the verification proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner by 15th July, 2019 considering the fact that the petitioner is a student.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
