Earlier a stay was operating and hence, the 2019 wait-list was not implemented. This was also interjected by the COVID19 Pandemic period. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Company, submits in the light of the judgment of this Court at the Principal Seat, dated 27/06/2019 in Public Interest Litigation No.175/2018 and the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 24/01/2023, passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.21238-21245/2020, that the Company has revised the wait-list of the year 2019 and can proceed to make the appointments.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, out of these 51 petitioners, 30 petitioners are satisfied. The remaining 21 petitioners may initiate steps, if they are aggrieved by the revised wait-list. It is, therefore, submits that this petition can be disposed off.
