The Petitioner, is in the 12th standard. His father was aware that he desires to take admission to a professional course, on the basis of the claim of belonging to Thakur S.T. category. He moved a proposal as late as on 29.10.2022. He has now completed his 12th standard examination. The petitioner prays for an early decision. 2.

The learned A.G.P. for the committee submits that this Court has been passing orders in almost 10 to 20 matters every day, directing the committee to decide the claim within a time frame. Thousand of orders are passed by this court which have piled up before the Committee and there is a tremendous load on the committee. At least in the matters, where the Petitioners have come late, this Court may refrain from passing any order. He, therefore, submits that presently there is a vacancy in the committee which is

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with an expectation that the committee would decide the claim of the Petitioner by 30.09.2023. The Petitioner shall render wholehearted cooperation to the committee and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable grounds, lest the Committee would be justified in proceeding to the next stage in the proceedings.
