Order :- This is an application for condonation of delay of 113 days in preferring appeal against the Award of Commissioner Workmen's Compensation.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that initially the appeal was filed within time and the amount of Rs.1,52,888/- is deposited. But, the objections were raised that the entire amount will have to be deposited. The applicants required time to make the entire payment and prefer the appeal alongwith certificate of Commissioner as required under proviso of Section 30. The delay is technical one. 3.

Learned Advocate for respondents does not seriously object to condone the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned.

Learned Advocate for respondents waives notice of the appeal. Appeal be registered and be fixed for admission. 6.
