1. Mr. Ghatge, learned Advocate submits that in fact, writ petition No. 5796/2016 is not seeking transfer on the ground of couple convenience. However, the same was attached with the group of petitions disposed of by this Court under order dated 20.03.2019. The said group was pertaining the employees who had sought transfers on the ground of couple convenience. Learned AGP accepts the said submissions.

In the light of above, the order dated 20.03.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.5082/2018 and connected matters is recalled to the extent of Writ Petition No. 5796/2018.
