We have heard the learned counsel for the applicants, at length.

Learned counsel for the applicants has raised various issues, however, charge-sheet came to be fled in the year 2019 bearing charge-sheet no.97 of 2019 for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 506, r/w 34 of the IPC. The applicants have never challenged the FIR of the year 2018.

In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal application, fled belatedly. The applicants are at liberty to fle an application for discharge before the Trial Court. Criminal application is accordingly disposed off. All points kept open.
