We have heard Mr. Shah, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Bagul, learned counsel for respondent no.7 and learned A.G.P. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the S.D.O.

Shirdi has already forwarded the report to the Collector on 31.05.2015 and the S.D.O. Shrirampur has forwarded the report to the Collector on 30.05.2015. The proceedings are pending before the Hon'ble Minister. Now no proceedings are pending before the S.D.O. Shirdi and S.D.O. Shrirampur. 3.

As no proceedings are pending before the S.D.O. Shirdi, so also S.D.O. Shrirampur, as

(2) 975-wp-4392-2019 submitted by the learned A.G.P., the challenge raised in the present petition would not survive at present.

Naturally, the petitioner would have opportunity to contest the proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister shall after hearing the petitioner proceed with the proceedings in accordance with law.

All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
