Leave is granted to add the prayer clause in Writ Petition No. 14763 of 2019. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

By these petitions, petitioners are aspiring to get

2 wp 14763.21 promotion to Class II post from the post of Cluster Head and Education Extension Officer as both the posts are Class III category and equal posts.

They have forwarded the representations to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

Petitions are disposed of with directions to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioners' representations as early as possible and in any case within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
