The petitioner has prayed for compensation on account of alleged custodial death of her son. It is informed that, the Medical officer has certified it to be a case of natural death. The petitioner had earlier field a writ petition, wherein this Court, by order dated 30/9/2013, has held it to be a case of natural death. It is also informed that, the State Human Rights Commission found it to be a case of natural death. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed.
