Order :- Mr. Lomte, learned counsel for appellant - Acquiring Body submits that there was communication on behalf of the Government Department of the Acquiring Body for withdrawal of the appeals pending before this Court. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the appeals pending before this Court. He produced the Photostat copy of order passed by this Court dated 5th October, 2017, wherein the communication for withdrawal of appeals on behalf of Government Department is appended. He relied on the said communication. The Photostat copy of Order passed by this Court dated 5th October, 2017 is placed on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of subsequent development of communication for withdrawal of the appeals on behalf of the appellant- Acquiring Body, there is no impediment to allow the appellant- Acquiring Body for withdrawal of the matters. Hence, leave is granted. The appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to the costs. The Registry to refund court fees deposited on behalf of the appellant- Acquiring Body as per rules to the appellant- Acquiring Body.
