Mr Bolkar, the learned Counsel submits that the Grievance Committee is constituted by respondent No. 4. The learned Counsel submits that the grievance raised in the present writ petition can be considered by the Grievance Committee. 2.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Grievance Committee. All contentions kept open. No costs.
