Order :- Heard Mr. Lomate, learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant- Acquiring Body. He submits that in view of communication dated 29th September, 2017, received from the Government of Maharashtra and on instructions he seeks leave to withdraw the appeals. According to learned counsel, rest of companion appeals were also withdrawn pursuant to the communication dated 29th September, 2017. Hence, he prayed for withdrawal of the appeals. 2.

In view of submission advanced on behalf of learned counsel for appellant, appeals stand dismissed being withdrawn. No order as to the costs. The Registry to refund requisite court fees as per rules to the appellant- Acquiring Body.
