The learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for the Institution submit that the petitioners have remedy of second appeal before Director of Social Welfare as per the Government Resolution dated 03.10.2017.

We have heard Mr. Bora, learned counsel for petitioners.

In view of the remedy available to petitioners as contended by the respondents, we are not considering the petitions on merits.

The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file the appeal as per the Government Resolution dated 03.10.2017. If the appeal is filed within a period of 15 days from today, then, the same shall be construed to be within the limitation.

5.

All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
