Parties have arrived at amicable settlement of dispute and placed on record terms of compromise, which are duly verified before learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and report of such verification is also placed on record.

The learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties identifies the parties, who are present before this Court. They accept respective signatures on terms of compromise. 3.

Mr. Shinde, learned Advocate confirms that Mr. Ravindra Gopal Dhande is authorized to record/sign/affirm the compromise on behalf of the Bank.

The parties present before this Court affirm that terms of compromise are true and correct and admitted to them. There is no impediment in accepting and recording compromise terms. Consequently, Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise dated 15.07.2024, which is marked as 'X' for identification.
