Heard both the sides. Leave is granted to correct the names of the respective applicant original respondent as mentioned in prayer clause (b) in both the applications.

By virtue of prayer clause (c) the applicant has solicited an order to withdraw the amount with accrued interest which stands deposited by the petitioner employer in this Court.

It is pointed out that this Court has allowed similar applications for withdrawal by different workers. In Civil Application No.4924/2019 in Writ Petition No.11791/2018 with connected matters by the order dated 02.05.2019 the applicants therein were allowed to withdraw the amount by furnishing solvent surety to the extent of the amount withdrawn and by filing undertaking. The same course needs to be followed. 4.

The Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). The applicants are allowed to withdraw the money subject to furnishing a solvent surety and undertaking that they would bring back the money in case so ordered in future.
