Present application is filed by the State for condonation of delay of 616 days in filing Review Application seeking review of the order dated 04.07.2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 6337 of 2019.

Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicant/State as well as learned counsel Mr. Shelke for respondent No.1 i.e. the original petitioner.

Learned A.G.P. during the course of argument fairly submitted that the State had filed number of review applications alongwith delay condonation applications to challenge the similar orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, wherein the order impugned herewith was similar to the order under challenge in those review applications. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 (original petitioner) has produced on record some of such orders passed in Civil Application No. 4286 of 2024 in RAST No. 9879 of 2024, Civil Application No. 8205 of 2024 in RAST No.9881 of 2024 and Civil Application No. 2252 of 2024 in RAST No. 2730 of 2024 and others.

Learned A.G.P. further submitted that all the aforesaid similar matters are dismissed by this Court and the applicant/State is now before the Hon'ble Apex Court challenging the same. As such, prima facie it appears that the present review application alongwith delay condonation application is covered by the orders in the aforesaid matters, wherein this Court, including this Bench also, has dismissed the prayers made by the applicant/State in delay condonation applications as well as review applications.
