The learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for the Institution submit that the petitioner has remedy of second appeal before Director of Social Welfare as per the Government Resolution dated 03.10.2017.

We have heard Mr. Bora, learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the remedy available to petitioners as contended by the respondents, we are not considering the petition on merits.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the appeal as per the Government Resolution dated 03.10.2017. If the appeal is filed within a period of 15 days from today, then, the same shall be construed to be within the limitation.
