Second appeal was disposed of by order dated 12.09.2023 in terms of settlement. However, Record and Proceedings remained in this Court. For execution of the decree, the same is required. Instead of modifying the order dated 12.09.2023, I find it appropriate to send back R and P in Second Appeal No.1/2013 to Civil Judge Junior Division, Jafarabad.
