Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants brought to my notice that the other connected appeals filed by the State, arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, have already been dismissed by this Court. Learned Counsel has placed on record copy of one of such judgment passed in First Appeal Stamp No.11868/2015 decided on 23rd October, 2015. Learned Counsel for the original claimants, therefore, prayed for dismissal of the present appeals also.

Learned A.G.P. has not disputed the facts stated by the learned Counsel for the original claimants. Learned A.G.P. concedes that the connected appeals arising out of the same acquisition proceedings have been dismissed by this Court. 4.

I have gone through the judgment delivered by this Court on 23rd October, 2015, in First Appeal Stamp No. AGP/-
