Heard Mr. Manorkar, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Tungar, learned Advocate for the non applicant/petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that under order dated 28th February, 2019, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit the disputed amount with the Arbitrator but the Arbitrator does not have any account in its own name and as such, liberty be granted to deposit the amount with the competent authority. Mr. Tungar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner does not have objection for the said arrangement.

In the light of above, the applicant shall deposit the disputed amount as per the order dated 28th February, 2019 with the competent authority within four weeks from today.
