DATED : 16 th April, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Learned counsel Shri Satej Jadhav submitted that during the pendency of the present application charge is framed against the present applicant by the learned Sessions Court, Beed. In that view of the matter, he wish to challenge the said order of framing of the charge by filing the Revision, and therefore, he prays withdrawal of the present criminal application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with liberty to file the Revision. Prayer accepted. 2] Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the present applicant to file the Revision to challenge the order of framing of the charge by the learned Sessions Court.
