PER COURT :

When after hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time, this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the proceeding but he wants direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class to expedite the things.

The order was made by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 25.04.2006 and so the things need to be expedited by the police.

Learned APP is given notice of the proceeding to represent the State and other police station and is directed to communicate the order made by this Court.

The Investigation Offcer is directed to expedite the things and in any case, within six months from today. 5.

In view of aforesaid directions, Criminal Application stands disposed of.
