At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, leave to amend the title clause with regard to respondent no.2.

Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Mr. Salgare, learned counsel for the

wp5041.18 petitioner submits that limited request is made in the present writ petition. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2. The decision is yet to be taken on it.

In case, proposal is pending with respondent no.2 (Exh. D Page 12), then the Education Officer shall decide the proposal in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months.

Writ petition is disposed. No costs.
