Perused the letter dated 30.06.2025, received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Osmanabad, seeking extension of time for compliance of order of this Court passed in Writ Petition No.3972 of 2018. By this letter, extension of one year is sought. 2.

The record reveals that, initially by order dated 24.04.2018, the Trial Court was directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Regular Civil Suit No.69 of 2017 within a period of six (06) months from that date and thereafter, extensions were sought from time to time and this is the tenth time when the extension of time is sought.
