The present applicant, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of Shrirampur Taluka Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar in crime no.I-41 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 436 of the Indian Penal Code, is praying for his release on bail, in the event of his arrest.

The complaint as well as the accompanying documents would show that the incident has occurred on 17/03/2015 at 4:45 pm. The complaint is filed immediately. It would show that there is previous

2 Cr. Appln. 2112-2016 enmity between the complainant and the family of the present applicant. According to the complainant and the witnesses from the neighbourhood, the present applicant was seen running away from the spot when the fire broke out. It would also show that property worth Rs.35,000/- from the dwelling house of the complainant was gutted in the fire.

Upon hearing both sides and considering all the facts on record, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The Application is therefore dismissed.
