Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail, since he is apprehending his arrest in connection with CR No. II 43/2015 registered with Police Station, Kotwali, District - Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Section.s. 20(b) and 22 of The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. [2] After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. P.S. Dighe, learned counsel, upon instructions from his client seeks permission to withdraw the present Application, since this court is not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the Applicant. Permission is granted. Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
