There are two minor claimants. Their interest can be protected with a direction that 25% of the amount in deposit with the Commissioner cum Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed, be kept in fixed deposit in the name of minor respondents, namely Poonam Shivaji Pawar and Aditya Shivaji Pawar (121⁄2 % each), until they

The First Appeal, thus, stands disposed of in terms of the compromise.
