By this application, the applicants seek to condone the delay of 202 days caused in filing the Appeal against award passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation.

It is submitted that since applicants had filed Writ Petition against the impugned order and same has been disposed of with liberty to file present Appeal, delay has been occasioned, which is unintentional.

The aforesaid facts are not disputed. In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In result, application is allowed.

Delay of 202 days caused in filing the Appeal is hereby condoned.

Appeal be registered.
