Perusal the record. It is an admitted position on record that the respondent No. 1 was earning Rs. 64,000/- p.m., while working with the City Bank, Mumbai, in the year 2007.

After having heard learned Counsel for respective parties and having perused both the orders of the Courts below, in my opinion, it will be appropriate, in the interest of justice, to pass following order: The monthly maintenance awarded to the applicant No. 2 - son, which is Rs. 3,000/- p.m., is enhanced to Rs. 8,000/- p.m., however, the reasons and the conditions, as are incorporated in the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, on 22nd January, 2015, shall remain unchanged.
