These appeals are placed before this Lok Adalat by the appellants/State.

Learned AGP for the appellants/State submitted that above appeals are squarely covered by the Government Resolution No.Sankirna-2014/Pra.Kra4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016

( 2 ) with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution. In turn, This appeal can be withdrawn as pe the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the appellant is withdrawing this appeal. 4.

The learned AGP for the appellants/State submits that 100% of the amount is deposited.

The applications for condonatinon of delay stands allowed. The delay stands condoned.

In view of above, now nothing survives in these appeals. 7.

The claimants are entitled to receive the amount, if not already received.

8.

However, before disposing off the appeals, it is further clarified that in case, any amount is lying with this court, the same shall be transmitted to the reference court. The reference court shall disburse the said amount to the claimants. The claimants are at liberty to make an application before the reference court and withdraw the said amount. 9.

The above appeals stand disposed off as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act. 11.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending civil applications, if any stand disposed off.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
