By this Writ Petition, the Petitioners pray that their representations dated 09/01/2024 and 01/01/2024, addressed to Respondent Nos.3/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli and Respondent No.4/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, be directed to be considered by the said Respondents.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 4/Zilla Parishad, Hingoli submits that, the

3952.24wp (2) order was passed by this Court on 29/02/2024, in Writ Petition No.2300/2024 (Prabhakar Ramrao Mane Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and the same order may be passed and the representations of these Petitioners shall be decided by the Respondent/Zilla Parishad on their own merits within 30 days. 3.

In view of the above, by consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The concerned Authority shall respond to the representations of the Petitioners within 30 days in the light of the Circular dated 28/06/2018 and the Government Resolution dated 21/06/2023 and communicate the decision to these Petitioners within 15 days thereafter.
