The learned AGP tenders the copy of the communication dated 24.06.2024, by Mrs.Manjusha Latpate, Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmedpur, addressed to the District Collector, Latur, that the Petitioners will have to comply with necessary requirement of Form-C. It is conceded that the parties lost sight of this aspect and Form-C with the signatures of the Petitioners should have been taken on record before the LokAdalat, on 09.04.2016.

In view of the above, let the Petitioners comply with the requirement of tendering Form-C, complete in all respects. Once Form-C is tendered, Respondent No.2 shall initiate steps to ensure that the payment is made to the Petitioners by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 90 (ninety) days. If the Code of Conduct is declared with regard to the State Assembly Elections, the same shall not be a ground for non compliance of this order. Non compliance of this order will be an act of disobedience.

With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
