This Contempt Petition alleges disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 19th August 2014. In fact, there is no any time bound direction and this Court made certain observations that the respondents would take expeditious steps.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing respondent no.1 - State, on instructions, submits that already proposal is submitted to the Finance Department and after approval from the Finance Department and the State Cabinet, same will be placed before Legislative Assembly.

In that view of the matter, we do not think that there is any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 5.
