We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is not disputed by the petitioner that the land, on which the petitioner is having temporary shops, has been acquired and compensation is paid. Notice has been issued to the petitioner to remove the temporary construction remitted by him. The contention of the petitioner is that as and when the construction of road would commence, the petitioner would remove the construction. 2.

The petitioner has already replied to the notice issued by the authority. Naturally, the authority would consider the reply of the petitioner and take further course of action.
