PER COURT :- 1.

After having heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for respondents i.e. original appellants, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicant to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the appellant on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against him and amount of compensation is decreased, applicant will redeposit the amount as may be specified, in the period prescribed by the Court. The balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
