This writ petition was presented in 2006 seeking orders to prevent a sale of the vehicle that the petitioner purchased with financial assistance of the respondent bank. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner failed to deposit Rs.1.50 lac as directed by this Court by it's order dated 06.07.2006 as a condition precedent for operation of ad-interim relief that was granted and that for such default the Bank was subsequently permitted to take appropriate steps for recovery of the loan advanced to the petitioner, we are of the view that nothing survives for decision on this writ petition, at this distance of time.
