This Civil Application is preferred by the applicant to bring on record legal heirs of applicant/appellant no.1A Prakash Prabhakarrao Sontakke who expired on 27.1.2019. In support of averments in the application, death certificate of applicant no.1A is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that applicant no.1A expired on 27.1.2019. The Civil Application is filed on 3.4.2019. It is within limitation.
