The Writ Petition has been dismissed vide order dated 02.03.2023 by this Court (Coram :- Mangesh S. Patil and S.G. Chapalgaonkar, JJ.) as none appeared even after the second call. The said order has been passed at a pre-notice stage. The delay of 4 days is minuscule.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
