When the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. This petition has been filed being aggrieved by the communication by the respondent / State in not considering the proposal submitted by the petitioner on13.12.2011 for opening Marathi Medium Primary School under the name and style as "Dnyanmata Vidya Mandir" at Shahu Nagar, Pangari Road, Beed for the academic year, 2012-13.

Since the academic year 2012-13 is over, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh proposal

5619.12wp in accordance with the policy of the State Government. In case, such proposal is filed by the petitioner, the State Government to consider the same in accordance with the master plan or any other policy in that respect.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
