Mr. Murkute, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has given representations seeking appointment on compassionate ground (page Nos. 12 to 21). However, no decision is taken on it by the management.

In case representations filed by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground are pending with the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (page 12 to 21), then the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
