The petitioners belong to reserved category and have been admitted to medical course as against the vacancies earmarked for the
respective reserved categories.

As a result of failure of the petitioners to produce validation certificates, respondent nos. 3 and 4 have refused to accept the examination forms of the petitioners and denied opportunity to appear for examination.

It is informed that there are already directions issued in respect of expeditious disposal of the caste/tribe certificate validation proposals pending with respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee, and as such, no separate directions need be issued in the instant petitions.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4 are directed to accept the examination forms of the petitioners and permit them to appear for examination and prosecute their studies, subject to outcome of the caste/tribe certificate validation proposals pending with Respondent no.2 Committee.
With the above directions, Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
