The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondents.

The validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioners are pending with Respondent No. 2 - Committee. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners are studying in 12 th standard. They want to appear for NEET and explore the possibility of admission in provisional courses and for the said purpose request for deciding the validation proceedings by end of May 2018. 4.

The petitioners have approached the Court very late. The Committee shall consider the urgency of the petitioners and try to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. It may endeavour to decide it by 15.06.2018. The petitioners may appear before the Respondent No. 2 - Committee on 27.04.2018.
