PER COURT :- Today, learned A.P.P produced on record the report of the Investigating Ofcer which is to the efect that investigation is completed and 'B' summery report is fled in C.R. No. 148/2020 registered with Newasa Police Station, Tahsil Newasa, District Ahmednagar.

Crime was registered for the ofences punishable under Section 307, 149 etc of the Indian Penal Code.

Now it is up to the learned Judicial Magistrate, First class to take decision on the summery report. At present there is no need to consider the present matter. The present proceeding is disposed of as infructious. If occasion arises, if the learned Magistrate rejects the report of 'B' summery, then there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court again. (SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI, J.) (T.V.
