Heard. Perused the averments in the Application.

For the reasons stated in the Application, subject to depositing Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) towards cost, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C". Delay caused in filing the Application is condoned. Writ Petition No.8271 of 2014 is restored to its original file, subject to removing of office objections, if any. The amount of cost deposited by the Applicants in the Registry of this Court be diverted to Library of Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad.
