Applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No.36 of 2016, registered at Visarwadi police station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Heard Shri C.R.Deshpande, learned counsel for applicant and Shri S.D.Ghayal, learned A.P.P. for respondent/State. Perused case papers.

3] First information report was lodged on 1.4.2016. Incident occurred between 2012 and 20.2.2016. Complainant/victim is major. As per first information report she is aged 25 years. It appears that relations between applicant and complainant had developed since 2012. Complainant was a consenting party throughout. In these

crap2125.16 circumstances, this Court finds that applicant is entitled to protection. Hence the following order.

O R D E R

(i) Interim protection granted vide order, dated 13.4.2016 is confirmed.

(ii) Criminal Application No. 2125 of 2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
