The petition assails the interim orders passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. This Court had stayed the said interim order and thereafter directed the Tribunal to decide the proceedings on its own merits, expeditiously. By now, the said proceedings must have been disposed of. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders. 2.

It is made clear that the parties would be governed by the orders that would be passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal finally. 3.

Rule disposed of. No costs.
