By this application, the applicant - original respondent, in Writ Petition No. 111/1998 decided by judgment dated 08/10/2015, prays for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioner - Corporation in this Court, alongwith accrued interest.

The learned Advocate submits, on instructions, from Shri Wange, Advocate for the petitioner that considering the
